No. The home locating service is completely free to you. Payment is provided by the apartment communities when you lease through one of our partner properties and document our brokerage name on the guest card and leasing application.

How far in advance should I start my home search?

Ideally, start 30 to 60 days before your desired move-in date. This gives you the most options and allows time to compare pricing, availability, and specials.
